OUR HISTORY

Our winery Don Salvattore S.A.C. was founded in 1986 by Don Salvador Bailetti and Fidelina Reyes. The company started with the production of wines that had a great acceptance in the national market. Until today. Thanks to this, in 2009 they decided to venture into the production of Pisco, but with a different vision, without losing the essence of the traditional. To this end, they began the project of building a new and modern plant exclusively for the production of our flagship drink. This plant, with ample capacity, state-of-the-art technology and qualified professionals, has allowed us to produce more than 30 gold medals in different national pisco competitions from 2010 to 2019. Since then, we have won more than 30 gold medals in different national Pisco competitions from 2010 to 2019. In 2017 we won the highest award, the Grand Gold Medal, in the Moquegua National Competition. With the same pisco we won two gold medals at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2018.

Since 2013 we have a third plant for carbonated and macerated wines. We are also about to launch a new line of products that we hope will be well received by the market. We are very grateful for the reception that our wines and piscos have received over the years. This commits us to continue working to offer our customers quality products at a good price.

PISCOS AND WINE

Since then it has placed great emphasis on attention to detail drawing production from raw materials qualified , fermentation ( stainless steel tanks ) and controlled distillation ( LPG ) in our national and French stills with appropriate controls , respecting the rules and pisco traditions, which guarantees the quality and great taste of our products for you.
